Well ID Tags 10/3/2016
Did you know that all wells drilled, deepened, converted or altered after 1996 are required to have an identification number? This "Well ID Number" is usually attached to the well by the well constructor. However, a landowner can apply for a Well ID Number for well(s) constructed prior to 1996. The well ID application is available from the Water Resources Department website at www.wrd.state.or.us.
