Founded by Leroy Clouser, the company has been serving the residents of Southern Oregon since 1971. Chuck Gill came on board and brought with him a level of quality workmanship that remains a key core value today. Since 2003 the company has been managed and operated by Kevin Gill.
Kevin is passionate about providing exceptional services to the state he calls home. He is currently a board member of the Oregon Ground Water Association and serves on the marketing committee.
At the state level, he sits on the Water Resource Department’s Continuing Education Committee. Past duties include OGWA President, WRD Rules & Advisory Committee, and WRD Ground Water Advisory Committee.
Our expert staff members include an operations manager, Justin Spliethof, four licensed well drillers, as well as several expert welders, so you can be confident knowing the services you receive will be second to none. Our crew has background experience in excavation and heavy equipment so we know how to handle rural properties with ease. Additionally, we have a capable office staff managed by Helen Gill, to answer calls and questions in a timely and professional manner.
